Wisler Pearlstine announced that partner Amy T. Brooks, in her capacity as a member of the board of managers of Haverford College and clerk of the Haverford College Corp., welcomed Karen Korematsu, this year’s honorary degree recipient of Haverford College.
Korematsu is the daughter of Fred Korematsu of Korematsu v. United States. Fred Korematsu appealed his conviction for resisting being sent to a Japanese internment camp during WWII all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court.
