Attorneys at Kleinbard LLC and Latham & Watkins on Tuesday removed a consumer class action against Carvana, an online used car seller known for its car vending machines, to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by East End Trial Group on behalf of Pennsylvania-based consumers who purchased a car from Carvana and were charged a delivery fee, allegedly in violation of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act. The case is 2:22-cv-02525, Bradley v. Carvana, LLC.
