In 2021, Park led the team that represented Amtrak in the $400 million design-build-finance-operate-maintain redevelopment of Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station—the critical first phase in a $10 billion plan that includes 18 million square feet of development and 40 acres of open space. We led negotiations for Amtrak and drafted all procurement, project, and development documents. The project will transform the century-old landmark—the third-largest rail hub in the nation—into a modern, world-class station with top-flight amenities, greater intermodal connectivity, reinvigorated commercial potential, and enhanced transit and pedestrian flows.

He also led the team that represented the Virginia Department of Transportation in connection with the extension of high-occupancy toll lanes on the Capital Beltway in northern Virginia. We drafted all of the project documents and reviewed all financing documents for the transaction. The total financing totaled over $1 billion, which also included the refinancing of the existing debt on the toll lanes.
