Since joining the litigation-focused defense firm Post & Schell in 1998, Marc Perry was a driving force behind founding the firm’s hospitality and retail practice group, and, along with co-chairing that group, now serves on the firm’s board of directors.

Perry, a litigator focusing on wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, spoke with The Legal about how he developed his practice, post-pandemic jurors becoming more sympathetic and how to handle the rapid pace of trials these days.
