The Pennsylvania Supreme Court earlier in April announced its lineup of members to serve on its new Judicial Ethics Advisory Board.
The nine-member group contains a single non-judge, per the high court’s order, and serving in that position is Jayne Duncan, a former Lancaster County Magisterial District judge who spent nearly two years barred from presiding over certain cases.
