Defendant Charles Davis’ jury was the first one picked in Pike County after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. But he claimed he was unable to choose a “fair, competent, and impartial” panel because the prospective jurors all wore face masks during voir dire.
On Wednesday, however, the Pennsylvania Superior Court rejected that argument.
