The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Thursday suspended a Harrisburg attorney for three years for stalking and threatening a woman with a sex contract, deportation, and lawsuits after she denied his sexual advances.

William H. Lynch Jr., who primarily handled workers’ compensation matters for his own law office, was suspended based on communications with a woman he first met at the Berwyn train station in August 2019. The two had a brief friendship before she rejected a romantic relationship with him that led to his criminal conviction for stalking and harassing her, according to the Disciplinary Board’s report and recommendations.
