Keith Thomas Dougherty of Harrisburg was found guilty of threatening federal and state judges, the Department of Justice announced Wednesday.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of West Virginia announced that after a three-day trial, Dougherty, 66, was found guilty of one count of “mailing threatening communications” and two counts of “interstate communication with threat to injure.”
