During 2020′s surge of awareness of racial injustice in the wake of the murder of George Floyd, many companies announced new initiatives and specialized roles to promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
That wave however may have engendered unintended consequences for organizations that fail to follow through—claims from employees who are now primed to recognize discrimination and retaliation when it happens.
