Lonie Haynes, hired by drug wholesaler AmerisourceBergen Corp. to bring diversity and inclusion best practices to the company, has claimed in a lawsuit that he was fired because he is Black.
Haynes also claimed that his efforts to make the company more inclusive were met with resistance from high-ranking officers, Gina Clark and Silvana Battaglia, who are named defendants in the case.
