"We're one of the newer firms with younger lawyers that actually try cases," Strokoff said. "We kind of looked at it like, there's no time like the present. It appears that there is a transition in the plaintiffs bar, and we wanted to be at the front end of that."

Attorneys from two Philadelphia personal injury firms have teamed up with a solo practitioner to form a new three-lawyer shop that aims to bring a fresh outlook to the personal injury bar.
Justin Groen, Franklin Strokoff and Francis O’Neill Jr. have formed Groen, Strokoff, O’Neill LLC, which will be based in Philadelphia and focused on a wide variety of catastrophic injury cases, including medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents and products liability.
