A Delaware man paralyzed from an accidental gunshot to the neck at a Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, shooting range reached a $5.5 million global settlement with the 13 defendants named in the suit, the plaintiff’s attorney said Wednesday.

The plaintiff’s attorney, Cary McClain of The McClain Firm, was unable to discuss the details of the settlement or the facts of the case due to a confidentiality agreement between the parties, but said his client was “rendered a quadriplegic after a shooting incident by an instructor.” He could not specify which defendants paid for what in the settlement.
