A former Lockheed Martin machinist and Iraq War veteran sued the company, alleging he was belittled by a supervisor over his exemption from wearing a COVID-19 face mask because it would trigger his post-traumatic stress disorder.

Plaintiff Brian McIntosh sued the aerospace company Tuesday for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. The lawsuit was first surfaced by ALM’s case tracking tool, Law.com Radar.
