A trial date of Oct. 13 has been set in the case involving sexual harassment allegations brought by a former paralegal against Philadelphia plaintiffs firm Silvers, Langsam & Weitzman, as per an order issued Monday by the district judge overseeing the litigation.
The trial date for Hayes v. Silvers, Langsam & Weitzman comes into view two and a half years after plaintiff Kimberly Hayes initially filed her complaint in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Silvers, Langsam & Weitzman, more commonly known by its online moniker, MyPhillyLawyer.
