Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr is the latest firm in the Am Law 200 to create a C-suite position dedicated to managing firmwide recruitment and retention, poaching former Robins Kaplan chief talent and diversity officer Chandra Kilgriff for the role.

In creating the new role, Saul Ewing joins other Big Law names like Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney and Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart that have moved to integrate talent-related functions under a single leader this year.
