Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders filed a lawsuit Monday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court against EQT AMD LLC and other defendants. The complaint, brought on behalf of the Thomas E. Proctor Heir Trust, is over a dispute involving the title to 44 tracts of land located in Lycoming and Sullivan counties. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:21-cv-01491, Kendall et al v. EQT AMD LLC et al.
