Attorneys at Blank Rome on Monday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Mobile Outfitters Africa to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Bochetto & Lentz on behalf of Mobile Outfitters LLC and contends that the defendant breached an agreement pertaining to distribution of mobile phone accessories in Africa. The suit alleges that Mobile Outfitters Africa has failed to promote and sell the products across 21 African countries, instead focusing only on South Africa and Nigeria. The case is 2:21-cv-03758, Mobile Outfitters, LLC v. Mobile Outfitters Africa.
