McDonald’s is again embroiled in a Court of Chancery case criticizing its handling of sexual harassment claims, this time named in a complaint that also faults Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.

The derivative complaint made public Wednesday says Morgan Lewis didn’t perform an adequate investigation into former McDonald’s CEO Stephen Easterbrook’s relationships with employees, causing board members to reach a “grossly uninformed decision” when agreeing to give Easterbrook a hefty severance package in 2019.
