Health care technology company Koninklijke Philips was hit with a class action Friday in Pennsylvania Western District Court in connection with its recall of several CPAP and BiPAP breathing devices. The lawsuit, backed by Barrack, Rodos & Bacine and Levin Sedran & Berman, is part of a string of cases linking the devices to cancer and other health hazards. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-00983, Autry et al. v. Koninklijke Philips N.V. et al.
