Through this past year, as managing partner of the firm’s Pittsburgh office, Jegasothy balanced the unprecedented productivity in the office, while keeping attorneys and employees safely working from home while fostering and encouraging much-needed opportunities to engage with one and other.

No attorney or staff was laid off or furloughed and compensation remained untouched. Rather than be fearful of unprecedented change, Jegasothy embraced it—he understood that in times of struggle, there is unique opportunity, not only for the office in its expansion, but for people searching for better, more stable and more impactful legal careers. While many others shut or slowed down out of fear of the unknown, Jegasothy kept an open mind on the ever-evolving legal landscape and continued on a growth-oriented path. Because of his leadership, the Pittsburgh office thrived.
