Schlossberg acts as a sounding board and confidante for attorneys firmwide on issues both professional and personal. Indeed, she has made it her job to be a resource for colleagues, whether they are struggling with workload, office politics, career misgivings, or post-partum sleep deprivation.

“I love helping people meet their potential,” she said. “It’s a long road as a firm attorney, and it is very easy for people to get lost or burned out because they aren’t getting properly mentored. So, I want people get the opportunities they need to succeed. It’s good for the individuals, good for the firm, and gives me great joy.”
