Summer programs are in full swing at Philadelphia-area law firms, where leaders are using hybrid working models to balance the preference of many participants who want to attend events in-person with the needs of some who opt to continue on a remote basis.

Professionals heading summer programs said more than half of their programs’ participants indicated an interest in coming into the office for a majority of the summer, likely due to “Zoom fatigue” after spending 15 months taking classes and attending summer programs remotely last year.
