A group of strip clubs have sued the federal government’s Small Business Administration claiming their rights were violated by being denied benefits from restaurant-oriented COVID-19 relief legislation.
With a suit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the plaintiffs, strip clubs from across the country, seek inclusion in the Restaurant Revitalization Fund Grant Program of the the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, signed into law March 11.
