Leaders of firms of all sizes are looking for the middle ground when it comes to determining if lawyers and staff will need to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to return to the office.

In late January, Davis Wright Tremaine announced that its employees must be vaccinated in order to work in the firm’s offices. But since then, other Am Law 200 firms haven’t been jumping to follow that lead, as leaders weigh the pros and cons of what is a hot-button issue.
