An en banc opinion from the Pennsylvania Superior Court in a venue dispute boosts the power of all plaintiffs to choose where they want to file their lawsuits, according to the winning lawyer.
The full court voted 7-2 to reach the same result in the plaintiff’s favor as did the original divided three-judge panel—reversing an order from the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas transferring the case to suburban Bucks County.
