Saxton & Stump has launched a white-collar defense practice with recently departed Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Carson Morris at the helm as senior counsel.

The 10-member practice group—composed of seven lawyers, two retired judges and one paralegal—is an outgrowth of the firm’s existing client base from its internal investigations team, led by former U.S. District Chief Judge Lawrence F. Stengel, who is credited with courting Morris for the job in late 2020.
