The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has suspended Chester County Lawyer John Gallagher for a year and a day for misusing money in his IOLTA account as well as practicing law while on administrative suspension.
In its Jan. 22 opinion, the board noted that the hearing committee recommended that the suspension be stayed and Gallagher be placed on probation. However, the board declined that recommendation.
