For decades, Berger Montague has been a leading force in class action and antitrust litigation in Pennsylvania and beyond. Now, after more than 50 years in practice, name partner H. Laddie Montague will be stepping down.

Earlier this month, the firm announced that Montague is effectively retiring from the firm by stepping down from its management committee and taking on a new of counsel position. Montague has been a practicing lawyer since 1964, when he joined former Philadelphia City Solicitor David Berger at the firm that, since 1970, has borne his name.
