Attorney Harris Roy Rosen has been sentenced to seven and a half years in federal prison for a scheme to steal over $796,000 from clients who retained him to manage their insurance settlement and estate funds.
U.S. District Judge Wendy Beetlestone of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania also sentenced Rosen to one year of supervised release. Rosen pleaded guilty in March 2020 to charges of wire fraud, aggravated identity theft, and tax evasion.
