Pennsylvania law firms and other legal services businesses received $478 million in loan money from the Paycheck Protection Program, which reportedly supported the paychecks of 26,737 full-time-equivalent positions in the commonwealth’s legal industry, according to newly released data from the Small Business Administration.

Detailed information regarding businesses across the country that accepted Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans was released last week by the SBA following a court order that the agency disclose specific information about the 5.2 million nationwide borrowers who took a collective $525 billion from the tax-payer-funded stimulus.
