The general counsel of Allentown, Pennsylvania-based PPL Corp. has announced her plans to retire from the utility company after 35 years of service in the legal department and five years as the general counsel as the company seeks a new in-house leader.
Joanne Raphael is slated to retire in June 2021. A PPL representative said the company has retained a search firm to assist in the hiring but declined to name the firm.
