On the brink of an expected uptick in COVID-19-related securities litigation, a longtime securities lawyer for Dechert is taking his practice to Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.

Michael Kichline has joined Morgan Lewis’ Philadelphia office as a partner with the firm’s securities enforcement and litigation and commercial litigation practices after concluding a 29-year tenure at Dechert on Nov. 6.
