A number of organizations within the local legal community have now called on the Philadelphia Police Department to address deficiencies in their training, following the fatal shooting of Walter Wallace Jr. in West Philadelphia on Monday.
The Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia was the first to speak out about the shooting, in a statement released on Twitter on Tuesday.
