In his 25 years of practice, Jaskot has built a significant corporate and M&A practice, representing a wide range of clients—from well-established Fortune 100 companies to emerging enterprises—in a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, professional services, and more.
In 2018, he joined Holland & Knight after spending nearly 20 years at Reed Smith. He successfully transitioned historic client relationships and handled marquee deals in 2019, which is demonstrative of the trust and confidence that clients have in Paul’s deal-making skills. A hallmark of Jaskot’s practice is establishing long-term client partnerships, resulting in repeat engagements. A few of his many significant deals include representing Saint-Gobain a leading multinational manufacturing company, and its external ventures arm, NOVA, in a series of M&A and venture capital deals in 2019, representing Radiology Partners, the largest physician-led and physician-owned radiology practice in the United States, in its June 2019 acquisition of Radiology Affiliates Imaging (RAI).
