The state Superior Court will not revive legal malpractice claims against a Central Pennsylvania wills and estates attorney, despite claims that the lawyer fraudulently concealed his alleged negligence.
A unanimous three-judge Superior Court panel in Clark v. Stover ruled that the plaintiffs failed to bring their legal malpractice case against Centre County attorney Jeffrey Stover within the applicable statute of limitations. The ruling affirmed a decision by the Huntingdon County Court of Common Pleas.
