Richard Slavin Associate, Larsson & Scheuritzel

Practice Profile: Slavin’s practice focuses on real estate transactions and local administrative approvals. He represents landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, developers, and end users in the lease, sale, acquisition, and development of commercial real estate nationwide. He also has a growing practice representing the next generation of real estate developers in the city of Philadelphia. Leadership Activity: He served on former firm Ballard Spahr’s associates committee. He currently serves on the board of trustees for his alma mater, Roman Catholic High School for Boys. Pro Bono and Civic Work: Slavin has a strong commitment to pro bono work. He has helped an elderly couple gain title to their house after their seller defrauded them and fled the country and he assisted a local artist with leasing and real estate tax matters for her home.
