Practice Profile: Faunes practices personal injury law. Although he only joined the plaintiffs trial bar three years ago, he has already helped secure numerous results for his clients. Representative matters include $2.3 million for home buyers in a community with tainted drinking water, $2 million for the family of a child who died after his health care provider failed to diagnose the signs and symptoms of bacterial meningitis, $1.8 million for the parents of a newborn who was fatally injured during delivery and $1.5 million for the family of a victim of psychiatric malpractice, to name a few.
