The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is set to hear arguments next week in a case that is likely to result in sweeping changes to how attorneys in the state handle strict liability cases.
The justices are set to begin a two-day argument session Tuesday that is scheduled to cover 11 cases, including Roverano v. John Crane. Arguments in that case are expected to delve into how the Fair Share Act should be applied when assessing damages in strict liability cases.
