A prisoner apparently unhappy with his sister’s decision to sell his car without his permission can move forward with his lawsuit against her.

U.S. District Judge Edward G. Smith of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania granted plaintiff William Passarella the opportunity to proceed with his case against his sister, Elizabeth Cellini.

Cellini, according to Smith’s opinion, sold Passarella’s 2003 Chevy Malibu, which he bought last year for $2,100. He’s seeking $75,000 in damages.
