Salesman Dennis Demnicki was knocked unconscious when he slipped on a puddle in the reception area of a manufacturing company’s King of Prussia location. But steps allegedly taken after Demnicki fell—in which the company’s safety manager allegedly hid evidence of the incident—also helped secure a $6 million settlement, according to plaintiff’s counsel in the case.
