Rachel A. Ramsay-Lowe, an associate in the workers’ compensation department in the Roseland, New Jersey, office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was selected to The Network Journal’s 2018 List of “40 Under Forty” Dynamic Achievers.
Ramsay-Lowe devotes the entirety of her practice to workers’ compensation law.
Her clients include insured entities such as national department stores, retail chains and various other employers.
Over the course of her career she served as an assistant district attorney in Brooklyn.
During her three-year tenure there, Ramsay-Lowe prosecuted hundreds of cases in the Crimes Against Children Bureau.
The Pennsylvania Bar Association presented awards that recognize outstanding leadership in the legal profession and extraordinary service and long-standing membership in the association.

Lauren E. Tedesco of Capehart Scatchard was installed as trustee for the southern district of the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys during the New Jersey School Boards Association’s annual Spring School Law Forum held on June 12.
Tedesco concentrates her practice on the representation of boards of education and charter schools in all areas of school law including: labor and employment, special education, Section 504, student discipline, FERPA, the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act, student residency, civil rights, tenure, OPRA, OPMA and teaching staff tenure matters under TEACHNJ and ACHIEVENJ.
The Philadelphia chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators welcomed its new 2018-19 board of directors, led by chapter president Maureen Austin, office administrator of Blank Rome, at a luncheon at The Logan.
Steven A. Hann spoke at the 2018 Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association’s spring management conference in Hershey.
PMAA is the statewide organization representing the interests of municipal authorities in the state.
At this conference, Hann spoke on various issues and recent court cases relevant to Pennsylvania municipal authorities.
Hann is a principal at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin where he focuses his practice on environmental and municipal law and chairs the firm’s environmental law department.
