Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf is suing Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, but that doesn’t mean he’s opposed to holding a fundraiser there.
Wolf, who is running for re-election in the fall, filed a lawsuit last month against a group of businesses, including four law firms, over the failed Harrisburg incinerator project, which drove the state’s capital city into financial ruin. Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel and Foreman & Caraciolo (formerly Foreman & Foreman) were all named defendants in the suit.
