Elected and Appointed

Raphael M. Duran, an attorney with Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, and Tammy Tronoski McConeghy, vice president of sales with Allegiant Managed Care, were appointed to the Greater Philadelphia Executive Claims Council board of directors.

GPECC is a network of self-insured businesses, employers, insurance carriers and risk management professionals located throughout southeast Pennsylvania.

Member firms share best practices, solve problems and provide educational resources within the field of claims.


Dana Feinstein, an associate in Reed Smith’s labor & employment group, was appointed to the professional advisory committee for Frankie’s World Foundation, the Philadelphia area’s only nonprofit medical day care center for children with special health care needs.

As a member of the professional advisory committee, Feinstein will join a group of clinical and nonclinical personnel who have an interest in Frankie’s World and can contribute to the success of its philosophy and goals.

Feinstein is scheduled to serve a two-year term, which can be extended.


Archer partner Michael A. Weinberg was installed as chair of the family law section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Weinberg was sworn in at an installation on May 17, held at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

With over 20 years of experience in matrimonial law and family law matters, Weinberg serves as co-chair of Archer’s family law department and is a certified matrimonial attorney.

He has been with Archer since 2005 and has been a shareholder of the firm since 2011.

In addition to his role as co-chair of the firm’s family law group, Weinberg is a member of Archer’s board of directors.


Manuela Morais, principal of the Law Offices of Manuela Morais, a minority- and women-owned law firm specializing in U.S. immigration and nationality law, was named a 2018 Top New Jersey Leading Women Entrepreneur.

She is one of 25 honorees, who excel in innovation and advocacy for women, that is set to be celebrated at the Leading Women Entrepreneurs & Business Owners recognition event, Transforming Tomorrow Together, later this year.

She represents corporate clients, their employees and individuals before federal governmental agencies, including the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of State.

Clients range from small, startup operations to multinational corporations.

Morais has represented firms in the automotive, engineering, health care, manufacturing, service and technology industries.


David S. Neufeld, formerly of the Law Office of David Neufeld, has joined Flaster Greenberg as a shareholder effective June 1, bringing with him a tax and estate practice and more than 30 years of legal experience.

Neufeld’s addition enables Flaster Greenberg to further amplify its New Jersey footprint with the opening of an office in Princeton, increasing the firm’s presence to three offices within the state, seven overall, enabling its attorneys to more efficiently meet its clients’ needs in the Garden State.
