Alexandra Markward joined Goldberg, Miller & Rubin as an associate in its Philadelphia office.
As an associate at Goldberg Miller, Markward concentrates her practice on investigating insurance fraud.
Markward focuses on thorough preparation for all stages of litigation to provide advocacy to clients.
She graduated from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.
While attending law school, she served as a clerkship intern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Kevin J. Carey of the District of Delaware.
She also represented indigent clients during her time with both the Homeless Advocacy Project and the Montgomery County Public Defender.

Foley has been practicing workers’ compensation defense for 33 years and was most recently a co-founder of a workers’ compensation defense firm in Media.
Prior to that, Foley was a partner in a large defense firm.
Edward F. Kuhn III joined Capehart & Scatchard in its litigation department as an associate in the Mount Laurel, New Jersey, office.
Kuhn focuses his practice in general defense litigation throughout the federal and state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with a concentration on tort defense, premises liability, products liability, Tort Claims Act defense, construction, estates, employment and professional malpractice.
He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Welsch is a member of the firm’s energy and real estate groups.
He has experience in mineral due diligence projects and certified title opinions.
He represents clients in litigation matters relating to title certification, and also handles their transactional work.
Welsch’s real estate practice covers residential and commercial matters.
Julie M. Murphy, a Hyland Levin partner, was elected to the board of the directors of the Greater Philadelphia network’s chapter of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
Murphy will co-chair events for the Philadelphia chapter.
Murphy concentrates her practice in the areas of business reorganization, loan restructuring, loan documentation and real estate law.
She advises financial institutions and other creditors in workouts, reorganizations and restructuring of defaulted credit facilities, Murphy represents a variety of creditors in all types of bankruptcy, insolvency, collection and foreclosure proceedings.
