After a Century in Dallas, Muni Bond Firm Tacks on Houston Office

Municipal bond firm McCall, Parkhurst & Horton has expanded in Texas with a new Houston office, 99 years after the firm was founded in Dallas.

The firm’s Austin-based managing partner Carol Polumbo said McCall Parkhurst has long considered an office in Houston, especially given its work for many school districts and governmental entities in the Gulf Coast. But, finally, the timing was right.
