Houston-based litigation firm Susman Godfrey has a history of setting the bar, as it did Monday when it announced it would top Big Law’s new pay scale for associate salaries. But now the firm has set a new bar—for mandatory retirement.
Susman Godfrey said it has adopted a new policy, requiring partners to retire at the ripe old age of 100.
