Michelle Earley, an Austin partner in Locke Lord, and Scott Hastings, a Dallas partner in the firm, have been elected to membership in the American Law Institute. Earley is a corporate partner in Locke Lord and a member of its executive committee. Hastings is a litigation and appellate partner in the firm.
Erin Turley, a partner in McDermott Will & Emery’s Dallas office, has been selected for induction as a fellow of The American College of Employee Benefits Counsel. Turley focuses her practice on employee benefits matters and has extensive experience handling issues involving the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and employee stock ownership plans.
