Dykema Cox Smith has made three lateral hires in Dallas, boosting the North Texas office to 44 lawyers.
The new hires are Ferdose al-Taie, who joined the firm’s commercial litigation practice group after working for more than 10 years as a federal prosecutor in Washington, D.C.; Virgil Ochoa, who joined the firm’s corporate practice group and dental service organizations industry group from Gardere Wynne Sewell in Dallas; and Ian Pesses, who joins the firm’s corporate finance practice group from Akerman’s offices in Dallas and Fort Lauderdale.
