Pirkey Barber, a trademark and copyright law boutique based in Austin, has expanded into the Washington, D.C., market by acquiring the two-lawyer firm Vold & Williamson in Northern Virginia. Its two principals, Tara Vold and Paul Williamson, are both alums of Norton Rose Fulbright predecessor Fulbright & Jaworski. They joined Pirkey Barber as members Jan. 1.
