Lawyers who helped Noble Energy of Houston and Pittsburgh-based CONSOL Energy form a natural gas joint venture in the Marcellus Shale in 2011 are now leading teams separating the two companies’ operations.
Randy King, a Porter Hedges partner in Houston, is reprising his earlier role as lead legal adviser for Noble Energy. CONSOL’s team is led in part by Latham & Watkins partners Jeffrey Munoz and Robin Fredrickson, who were partners at Vinson & Elkins in 2011 when they worked on the joint venture formation.
